SHIPPING POLICY

Orders in Australia

Our delivery fees are a flat $7.95 for orders up to $100 within Australia. For orders $150 or over (excluding shipping) within Australia shipping is free.  Please note that gift vouchers  do not count towards the $150 limit. 

If you would like your order quicker we offer Australia Post Express Post at a flat rate of $12.95. We will ship your order within two business days .

Click & Collect

​

We offer Click & Collect so if you would like to pick up your item from our Studio, you are very welcome to do that. When you enter your postcode at checkout, if you are in Port Augusta, it will appear as an option. Click & Collect is free and you can come and meet the wonderful team. Please don't select Click & Collect if you don't intend on picking your parcel up. It will sit here gathering dust. If you decide you would prefer to have it shipped call us and we can take payment for delivery over the phone. 

Once you've placed your order you will receive a notification when it is ready to pick up.

  • Monday 9am to 5:30pm

  • Tuesday 12:30pm to 6:30pm

  • Wednesday 12:30pm to 6:30pm

  • Thursday 12:30pm to 5:30pm

  • Friday to Sunday Closed

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note to protect our staff from COVID-19, returns and exchanges won't be processed until two weeks after they have been received. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. 

 

Change of Mind

We accept returns on our products* provided they are returned in the same condition as they were bought and have not been used, opened or the seal broken. If you change your mind you can return the product to the address below, please include a copy of your order confirmation, or a handwritten note with your order number. We do not refund the delivery costs.

  • All returns must be received within 28 days.

  • All items must be unused, with seals in tact and tags attached where applicable. Products' packaging must also be received in tact with no tears or blemishes. 

  • We strongly advise returning your order with tracking as we can't be responsible for items that go missing before they reach us.

  • We will process all returns within 7 days of receiving them.

  • Please note we don't refund delivery costs. 

  • Exchanges are possible. We will cover the shipping costs for your replacements.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

​

If your item is damaged/faulty or you believe the product is incorrect somehow please contact us asap.  We do not refund for natural wear and tear or for damage caused post receipt.
